How do I become a Ride Designs Supplier?

A complete list of criteria and instructions is provided on the Ride Designs Supplier application (US) (Canada). To become a Ride custom supplier you will need to meet basic criteria, submit a dealer application, purchase a starter kit, and attend a Ride Custom Systems Certification course in Denver, Colorado.

Do you have covers that manage spills, moisture or incontinence?

Inner and outer incontinence-resistant covers can be ordered for Ride Custom 2 and Custom AccuSoft Cushions. Forward Cushions come standard with an inner incontinence-resistant cover.

Do you have other cover options for the Forward Cushion?

Yes, an integrated spandex layer over the spacer fabric can be specified for an additional charge.

Do I have to capture a new shape if my client needs a new custom cushion or back but the current shape is working?

No, simply use a working, proven shape. Scan the existing cushion or back and submit the scan, along with new, completed order forms via the RideWorks app.  The scan of the existing product will be used to manufacture a new cushion or back. In what climates or temperatures does the Ride Forward Cushion perform best?
