A complete list of criteria and instructions is provided on the Ride Designs Supplier application (US) (Canada). To become a Ride custom supplier you will need to meet basic criteria, submit a dealer application, purchase a starter kit, and attend a Ride Custom Systems Certification course in Denver, Colorado.

Inner and outer incontinence-resistant covers can be ordered for Ride Custom 2 and Custom AccuSoft Cushions. Forward Cushions come standard with an inner incontinence-resistant cover.

No, simply use a working, proven shape. Scan the existing cushion or back and submit the scan, along with new, completed order forms via the RideWorks app. The scan of the existing product will be used to manufacture a new cushion or back.
