Return Authorization Process
If you have
an issue with a Ride Product that you need to return to us, you
will need to:
- Print out
the RA Form (PDF
document)
- Fill out
items 1-5
- Call Steve
Bourne at 778-228-0234.
He will then
issue you the RA # and have you fax the completed RA Form to Ride
Designs at
303-781-1722.
You will need
to include a copy of the form in the box when you send the product
back to Ride Designs.
