Where did the Ride Custom Cushion go?

The overwhelming response and rapid adoption of the Ride Custom 2 has virtually eliminated orders for the original Ride Custom Cushion. The superiority of the new cushion material and design is quite evident. Learn more here.

As of January 1, 2018 we will no longer take orders for the original Custom Cushion made of Brock beads with straps and hardware.

How do I find replacement parts for Ride Designs products?

Contact Customer Care or consult the product's Parts Manual. To access a Parts Manual, go to ridedesigns.com and select “Resources" from the top navigation bar. Then select the product from the drop-down menu and scroll through the pdfs listed until you come to the Parts Manual. Double click to access the manual.

Can I return a custom product?

Please call Ride Designs at 866-781-1633 x 321, and speak with Ryan in Customer Service. Ryan will obtain the information needed, work with you to establish a plan to care for the return, and fax/email (your choice) a completed RA form. Please maintain a copy of the form and return a copy with the returned product. Also note that the RA number is valid for 30 days from date issued. Ride Designs will not accept returned product without a Return Authorization.

How do I become a Ride Designs Supplier?

A complete list of criteria and instructions is provided on the Ride Designs Supplier application (US) (Canada). To become a Ride custom supplier you will need to meet basic criteria, submit a dealer application, purchase a starter kit, and attend a Ride Custom Systems Certification course in Denver, Colorado.

Do you have covers that manage spills, moisture or incontinence?

Inner incontinent resistant covers can be ordered for custom cushions. Forward cushions come standard with an inner incontinent resistant cover.

Do you have other cover options for the Forward Cushion?

Yes, an integrated spandex layer over the spacer fabric can be specified for an additional charge.

Do I have to capture a new shape if my client needs a new custom cushion but the current shape is working?

No–use a working, proven shape. Ship the current cushion to Ride Designs and production will duplicate the shape of the cushion. The duplicated shape will be used to manufacture the new cushion. If the cushion cannot be shipped to Ride Designs, duplicate the cushion in the field.
