Assistance with documentation:

For Aspen Clinic clients, our staff takes care of most of the paperwork needed for your new seating system. Of course, we'll need some basic information from you to get started.

We want you to focus on the seating process instead of the paper chase with doctors and insurance companies. We'll take care of that for you. We create a Letter of Medical Necessity based on our evaluation and send it to your doctor for review. With your consent, we take photographs and attach these visual stories to your Letter of Medical Necessity to further illustrate the need for our products and services

We'll chase signatures and run through the loops sometimes required so you won't have to.

We work directly with your Rehabilitation Technology Supplier (wheelchair vendor) to expedite approval of your system.

 

 

Working With You, Your Physician, Rehab Technology Supplier, And Therapist:seminars

We make life easier on your rehab team. Once all paperwork is complete, it is forwarded to your Rehab Technology Supplier who will request approval from your funding source. You and your rehab technology team will be thrilled that we handle this meticulous process.

 

Educating medical professionals:

Our team visits hospital clinics, speaks at seminars, and offers in-service presentations to tell physicians, therapists and Rehab Technology Suppliers about our unique approach to helping individuals with challenging seating needs. Please contact us to inquire about setting up an in-service or speaking engagement.

 

For Our Out-Of-Town Guests:

Many of our clients travel hundreds of miles to obtain our unique solutions - which they have not been able to find elsewhere. For your convenience, we can assist you in your travel and lodging details. To get discount hotel rates, accessible van rentals and other travel details, please call the Aspen Seating office at (303) 781-1633.


 

Do you need a Return Authorization (RA) Number?

Please call Ride Designs at 866-781-1633, and speak with Sandy in Customer Service. Sandy will obtain the information needed, work with you to establish a plan to care for the return, and fax/email (your choice) a completed RA form. Please maintain a copy of the form and return a copy with the returned product.

Please note:
The RA number is valid for 30 days from date issued.
Ride Designs will not accept returned product without a Return Authorization.
